What is the first thing that comes to mind when you are
chilly? “A blanket,” some say. Others think, “SOCKS!” Others start craving a
big mug of hot cocoa. All these thoughts are right on target. When we are cold,
we think comfort and warmth. Preferably, we want our comfort and warmth to come
soft, fuzzy, or sweet, or better yet, some kind of combination of all three.
Most of us, however, don’t have time to don our fuzzy socks,
and curl up in a soft blanket with a steaming cup of hot chocolate. We’re 21st
century women! We always have something that we need to do! So you pour the hot
chocolate in a to-go cup, regretfully peel off the socks and ditch the blanket
in favor of heels and a blouse. The good news is, although the blanket had to
